We provide one-on-one mountain bike adventures for cancer survivors of all ages and cycling abilities.

About your adventure:

We provide you with a one-on-one tour or lesson on Kingdom Trails in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. This can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on what feels right for you.

All you need to bring is your mountain bike*, helmet, water, and snacks!

You may be just learning the sport, or you may be an advanced rider looking for a new kind of mountain biking experience. You may want a strenuous ride conquering a different kind of obstacle, or you may wish for a quiet afternoon to focus on some trails, movement, and the simplicity and beauty of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. No one is expecting any result, and you are welcome to come back again if you’d like more direction after your first experience.

*If you don’t have your own mountain bike: Please indicate this when registering. We are generally able to provide mountain bikes free of charge, with advanced notice, but may need to coordinate with a local bike shop to make sure one is available on the date you need.

If you need a day pass: Kingdom Trails has offered to provide you with a free day pass for use on the day of your lesson/tour. Please indicate this need when registering.

To schedule your ride, please email ali@wellnessonwheelsvt.com

All of our excursions take place on Kingdom Trails, in East Burke Vermont. Due to network closure, rides on KT end in October. We look forward to riding with you soon!
